Paubox seamlessly integrates with my existing email and protects the security of my email. Previously my email was secure at rest, but not in transit. For a reasonable cost, it's a huge relief to know my email is more secure without any extra effort (after a brief setup). Paubox customer success could respond faster and provide more helpful support. I had an issue that I ended up fixing on my own but it took a few hours of research. Automatic HIPAA-compliant email encryption, so I can safely email things like appt reminders, intake forms, tx coordination with other providers, and clinical info when appropriate. No portals or passwords for clients, therefore no confusion for clients, fewer tech questions, and higher likelihood clients actually read my emails. It works well with my email I already use, has a built-in BAA, extra protection against phishing and breaches, and overall gives me confidence and security as a private practice owner. I am a single provider practice and was looking for an economical and beneficial way to protect my clients information that was also user friendly as some of the technology is challenging to understand. Initially I was going to have to use two different platforms to accomplish this until I found out about Paubox. They made it very easy to onboard, great tech support, answered ALL of my questions in a very timely manner, and allowed me to easily create new safe forms for my clients right on their platform. The only struggle I had initially was with the forms-- It was not easy to read forms after a client completed them. However, I reached out and they immediately responded with a fix and said they new this problem existed and were actively working on making it easier for their clients.
