It was a little more complicated than I thought it would be to set up, and I am fairly savvy with computers. However, they set me up with a dedicated onboarding specialist who reviewed my account and the errors it was throwing, she provided very detailed instrutions specific to my domain owner, and it was solved in less than 1 minute. I chose to use Paubox because it just works. It encrypts both emails and attachments, incoming and outgoing, without any additional effort on my part.
