What problems is Paubox solving and how is that benefiting you? Paubox monitors my inbound emails and filters it better than Microsoft. It does such a better job that we turned off the automatic Microsoft 365 filter and just use Paubox, period. On outbound security, it encrypts every email, so I do not have to worry if my users "remembered" to put a magic word in the email so it would get encrypted, they are just ALL encrypted, that is the best security and compliance. Also, my clients love it, because my email conversations with a client are encrypted and they do not have to go log into some web system to get the email message, the encrypted message is delivered right into their inbox and with confidence from the Paubox footer tagging. Paubox has been extremely responsive whenever I needed assistance. When I had trouble figuring out how to integrate Paubox with my domain, their team promptly answered both my call and email, helped me resolve the issue quickly, and even followed up afterward to check if I needed any further support. I was genuinely impressed by their service. Adding Paubox to my email was a smooth process, and now my recipients can easily see that my emails are secure without having to go through any extra steps to read my messages. I chose to use Paubox because it just works. It encrypts both emails and attachments, incoming and outgoing, without any additional effort on my part. We are a healthcare practice so confidentiality is super important to us. Also they have live customer support, domestically based. I really appreciate that. We wanted an email encryption service that did not require the recipient to jump through multiple hoops in order to read our emails, but which was reliably secure. As part of that need, we wanted to avoid requiring the recipient to click a link and enter a name and password, since phishing emails do the same thing. Paubox allows our email communications to be both seamless and secure. Initial setup integrating Paubox with Microsoft 365 was also seamless and quick. The ExecProtect feature is extremely helpful in preventing the delivery of emails that falsely appear to come from our CEO or other management, to which our employees would otherwise faithfully reply as they did in the past before we began using Paubox. The spam, phishing, etc. filtering is also very good, and any false positives can be released from Quarantine quickly and whitelisted if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Paubox? We have been using Paubox for several months now, and I haven't experienced any particular downside. Any issues I may have are quickly responded to by Support. Although our agency is not technically required to be HIPAA compliant, we feel it is prudent to be as close to compliance as possible. We take a better safe than sorry approach, especially since "sorry" is not a risk worth taking. We deal with PII and PHI regarding mental health center clients, suicide hotline callers, Representative Payee clients, and residents in our Housing. Paubox helps us to be sure that if any of that information is communicated via email, it will be protected between the sender and the recipient. The ExecProtect feature removes a significant amount of security risk and helps safeguard us from the damage that can come from employees diligently opening emails from spoofed management email addresses.
