Best of all, it doesn't add a bunch of hoops for my clients to jump through (e.g., not requiring 2FA or extra logins), so I can communicate with clients in a seamless, hassle-free way that is still HIPAA compliant. As a side bonus, I can sign up for free to attend some additional security webinars, which help me make sure my practice is attending to new threats. **What do you dislike about Paubox?** Overall, I dislike very little. My only disappointment is that Paubox is an extra cost, since I already pay for an email suite that can grant me HIPAA compliance. Inbound is not included in the base contract. I am able to use the secure link for uploading documents, and provide it to clients, so this helps with receiving information back from clients. This is very helpful for secure communication with clients as well as their health care professionals for coordination of care. I no longer require a fax machine because I can email information and documents encrypted and securely. Paubox now offers the option for creating electronic forms. My clients can fill out forms online securely and send them securely to me without having to print, fill out, and send back. Paubox offers this as a free service with their basic service.
