We have been using Paubox for 3+ years and recommend it to all who need HIPAA compliant email systems as they have an easy way to setup complete encryption on emails. It was very easy to integrate Paubox into our Google Workspace system. Their incoming security features like ExecProtect are also a great way to keep our systems safe and secure. **What do you dislike about Paubox?** There have been times that new products they release have not worked flawlessly when they startup, but they have always been resolved quickly. Paubox is another point of email breaking down, so there have been times our team has had email delays, but this is true to any additional product on top of Google Workspace. **What problems is Paubox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our email needs to be HIPAA compliant, and Paubox offers a nearly seamless way for both internal and external recipients to easily access emails. We also need improved incoming email security, and through their products like ExectProtect, we can catch issues before they cause bigger problems. ### 40.
