Having seamless outbound email encryption that does not require the recipient to login or view emails in a special portal is great when dealing with a multitude of organizations. Customer support was equally great in helping us integrate with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Billing support also quick to answer any questions we had, getting back to us the same day. However, if I had to say one thing, I wish that there was the option to ask for "read receipts" so that I could ensure the secure emails had been received and opened successfully. As the founder, owner, and operator of a mental health counseling private practice, ensuring HIPAA compliance in all communications with clients and other professionals is absolutely vital. What I value most about Paubox is its automatic email encryption, which works seamlessly with Google Workspace. I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing it is HITRUST certified, meeting comprehensive and secure privacy standards.
