The organization and everything in one place is great, but not going to lie - the image generation is spectacular. Top notch, unlike a lot of other AI image generation out there. I love the four options to my request, and the ability to refine an image further (ie, make the product bigger, or get rid of the extra things on the table). I've watched the system get better and better at handling packaging graphics -- where they used to be distorted and I'd have to go in and fix with photoshop, i don't have to do that as much anymore. Rarely am I seeing distorted texts and images on my product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM? I wish it would keep a record of my AI image generation that I could go back and reference for a few weeks. Similar to how ChatGPT and Claude keep a list on the left side where I can go back and reference or refine something I had worked on previously. Also, not crazy about how the new images are named when I download them, but I'm not sure I have a suggestion that I like. Maybe force me to name it as I'm downloading it? We don't have the budget for the number of photoshoots we need. The time, effort and cost to do actual photoshoots is unfathomable. And my photoshop skills paired with stock photos won't even come close to hitting the mark that PXM image generation knocks out of the park. Saves time, money and sanity, this coming from an old school graphic designer who has done more photoshoots than she can remember, and still never had the photos she needed or as good as what we're getting with PXM. We switched from Box.com to PXM for our asset storing for marketing and website purposes. I love how the search system works inside of PXM, and the tagging system is great. There's only one issue I run in to in PXM, and that's when I send out a folder of photos, you can't slide through them, you have to open, close, click the next, repeat. So just a small UX issue. I like how easy it is to upload and share your content with those who need it. You can share specific content with certain individuals, or you can share everything. Then we tried using OneDrive and that was even worse! Pattern PXM gives us a super convenient, quick place to store all our marketing materials and easily share them with those who need it. I've been using the Pattern PXM for quite some time now, and overall, it's been a solid performer. It has really helped with organization and fetching materials much quicker than the last platform I was using. Amplifi not only helps you organize your files and be able to find them easier, but they also are thinking ahead to help organizations use their content across multiple platforms and marketplaces. When we brought it on board, they were there to help implement the product in an effective and efficient way. I have been using it more often than our older system because it's so much easier to use. The only hiccup that we have had has been onboarding new users. But we have been working with our Rep and the tech team to make sure that this wrinkle gets ironed out. On my side of things, It's helping solve our content management and being able to find the content for the products that I need to accomplish my job. As the E-Commerce Web Developer, I need to find images of products and lifestyle images of the products that we are using in promotions, or product launches. Our old system, you could only find the product if you knew the SKU number. But with Amplifi, I can type in the name, SKU, or product type, and I can narrow it down to the specific product that I need. It's much more efficient than our old system and so much easier to use. It is also helping with our syndication across marketplaces like Amazon, so that we can easily use the same content across those marketplaces without stressing about the different formats needed for each market.
