What do you like best about Patriot Software?

I find Patriot Software very user-friendly, making it easier to use than all other payroll services. It's the easiest way for me to manage payroll. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to quickly process and get all the documents in, and everything worked great. I also use Patriot Software with my bank account and Stripe, and it integrates well with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patriot Software?

wish i could manipulate the final calcs by hand (for example, if I overwith held on a wage garnishment, it would be nice to be able to add that back in on a payroll rather than have to reimburse the employee separately witha check) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Patriot Software?

The tech support has been very helpful, and running payroll is easy and straightforward. My employees love the direct deposit feature, and I do too, since I no longer have to manually print and sign checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patriot Software?

The only complaint I have is that I pay my employees on a commission basis, and there's not a very good way to track that or let them know which jobs they've been paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use with Patriot Software. The customer support is also a big plus for me, as they are quick to respond and very helpful whenever I have an issue or I'm unsure about something. I also appreciate the price, which was a major factor in deciding to switch from ADP. Additionally, I find the software reliable, and the setup process was very easy.
