I love Patriot Software's customer service. It's great that I can talk to a real person quickly when I need help. What do you dislike about Patriot Software?

After too many failed payments Patriot Software no longer pays my taxes, and I would like the opportunity to be redeemed and have them pay those again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Patriot Software?

I like that Patriot Software is easy to use, which makes managing payroll less of a hassle. I also appreciate the great customer service they provide, as it adds an extra layer of support when needed. Another feature I value is the ability to draft a payroll and review the tax implications before approving the final numbers. I appreciate how Patriot Software helps keep my payroll organized and takes care of filing a bunch of reports for me. I also like their customer service, which is very empathetic and knowledgeable, a rare quality in today's customer service departments. The website could be a little more intuitive. When running payroll, there should be specific notices provided as you're deciding what days to run payroll and what to keep in mind so that your bank accounts don't get overdrawn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On payroll step 2, (before you approve payroll) you should see a banner with direct deposit collection dates and another one for tax collection dates. If those dates don't work for you, you can go back to step one and adjust the pay date. We hope this helps.

I use Patriot Software for payroll, and it makes the process a breeze by calculating all taxes for me. I find it easy to use, accurate, and appreciate the low price for the service. The customer support is always available and very helpful, quickly answering any questions I have. I have never had a problem using Patriot, and I found the initial setup to be pretty easy too. I just like the ease of being able to log in and process the payroll with Patriot Software. With a couple of clicks, it's done, making it simple and easy to use. The initial setup was very simple, and I could access any help I needed through a phone call or chat.
