PatientOne is an application services provider of web-based automated patient engagement and remote patient monitoring (RPM) services through a portal and platform for doctors and patients. Our system automatically captures time spent monitoring patients and is eligible for reimbursement through CMS and participating private payors. PatientOne provides easy-to-use tools that allow healthcare providers to utilize the new RPM codes, improve patient outcomes and satisfaction scores, and generate new revenue streams.
