Some limitations do annoy me. Such as if the user wishes to renew cases themselves without incurring service charge fees, the case can't be automatically updated on the platform for the next renewal period, so it is a hassle if you wish to maintain it on the next renewal period as you need to manually set it up by e-mailing the support team.
