PatentRenewal.com does a great job of helping us meet our worldwide renewal obligations on time and at a much fairer price than what we were paying before we started using their service. The main issue is one they can't control - when a country changes its patent renewal fees between the time we have paid PatentRenewal.com for that country's renewal, and when the renewal fee can actually be paid. Onboading was very smooth and we appreciated that someone showed us around the platform. The platform is easy to navigate and there are some useful reports that we can run. We receive reminders about renewals well in advance and all renewals are automatic (unless we instruct to stop) so we don't have to think about it. The only additional thing that would be great is if PatentRenewal also dealt with trade mark renewals. When it comes to patent renewals, we have no negatives to write about. How ever during summer time/vacation time it took some time before I received answer to my e-mails. Other times during the year I have received answer very quickly. Before switching to PatentRenewal.com we did not have a clear overview of our patents and only used excel spreadsheets etc. Now with patentrenewal platform it is easy to see all the patents and which countries are applicable and also easy to discontinue any patent if needed.
