After using it from almost 14 months, here's what it's upside :- 1. Ease to use. Its User interface is simple. Nothing complex. One can easily get their hands on it. 2. It pays the annuities well in time almost a month before. 3. Easily can track the annuities dates. 4. One can easily request the quote from the system for the upcoming annuities. 5. Nothing as such but to update articles regarding various different countries, their rules and regaulations related to it, their fees structure etc. in real-time. If i'm having problem in updating case details in system and if can't update it then i can simply email to customer executives and they will do it on my behalf. 2. By sending renewal notifications before invoice. It helps in forecasting how much per case or per invoice gonna cost in upcoming month. 3. Same with forecast renewals feature. We can easily check the upcoming annual amount for single case or whole portfolio and based on that important business decisions can be made. 4. It includes various articles related to annuities which solves the issue of understanding the annuities like annuity amount etc. and one can benefit this by self learning. I am a patent renewal processor and I rely on this platform daily to handle renewals. I highly recommend it! Firstly, the interface of it is particuarly user-friendly. It is very convenient for users to add any patent to the monitoring system without facing difficulties. Furthermore, the platform sends payment invoices for patents with upcoming renewals in advance, so that users will never miss any official payment deadlines. It is also so much more convenient with the option to make online payments by card, when compared to traditional agencies, most would require the payments be made through bank transactions. Additionally, with the Not to forget to mention the efficiency of the customer support team! Whenever facing any kinds of situations/questions, they provide solutions/answers promptly. When it comes to monitoring renewal deadlines, the worst-case scenario is missing payment deadlines. However, with PatentRenewal.com providing constant reminders, real-time status updates, and having the whole monitor-to-renew process simplified, I am now able to work more efficiently by focusing on other priorities without needing to worry about missing renewal deadlines. We’ve been using PatentRenewal.com for the last 2 years now and I have to say I’m very satisfied with their product. The renewal solution is smooth, very affordable and reliable at the same time. I get timely reminders when my renewals are due so I’m always up-to-date with what to do. The platform is very user-friendly, I especially love the budgeting feature as we have to provide forecast data to our Finance department regarding our IP costs. So overall, it has met all of our needs and expectations. Before using them, we utilized one of the biggest IP annuity provider on the market and to be fair it’s not worth paying 5x more for an even better service that you can on the price that PatentRenewal.com provides.
