The platform is very easy to use and offers the opportunity of custom grouping by patent case with the user able to input their own references. Such an easy set-up makes for a sophisticated tool that keeps all patent cases in one place offering an easy monitoring and stress-free patent management. All of this at a reasonable low cost! Such as if the user wishes to renew cases themselves without incurring service charge fees, the case can't be automatically updated on the platform for the next renewal period, so it is a hassle if you wish to maintain it on the next renewal period as you need to manually set it up by e-mailing the support team. I have multiple patents granted in the U.S. and several European countries. Managing the associated maintenance fees has been challenging, and relying on our attorney to monitor and pay those fees has proven costly. For the past few years, we’ve been using Patent Renewal as our service provider. They’ve developed a reliable platform that tracks the due dates for our patents and sends us timely reminders for upcoming renewals. This service has been extremely helpful in keeping us on top of our maintenance obligations—at a very reasonable and cost-effective rate. I highly recommend Patent Renewal to anyone looking for a streamlined, efficient, and affordable solution for managing patent renewals. Highly recommended." 5/5 What do you like best about PatentRenewal.com? Patentrenwals.com is exactly what it sounds like. They do one thing only, but do it very well. Their price transparency is refreshing and very unusual in the IP industry. Instead of being robbed by an IP agency, you pay a reasonable fee per transaction. We estimate to save about 70% of our previous cost for doing the same thing in a slower and less transparent way. On top of that you get, at no extra cost, an intuitive web interface, a responsive customer service, personal on-boarding, and the gratifying feeling of leaving an obsolete industry behind.
