## Patchworks Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use Automation for everyone in the Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Once you have a solid foundation in place and your connectors set up, it can be used by many people across the organization. The interface is easy to understand for users with different levels of technical skill, and the flows are straightforward to build and follow thanks to the available shapes.
Patchworks unlocks more people in the organization to automate tasks and can probably support and interface with most of the tools in use by the organization.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

There’s some initial setup required to get started, and a few things can only be solved with scripts (and therefore a developer). That said, with today’s AI tools, this has become much easier.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks, as middleware that connects many tools, has unlocked the ability to centrally automate, connect, and transform data between different pieces of software in our tech stack. And it’s not just for developers. Anything with an API, once it’s set up, can then be reused by others simply by working with the shapes in a Flow. Especially with the support of AI, this unlocks a level of productivity for some employees that wasn’t possible before.

 ### 2. Seamless Integrations That Just Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | E-commerce Trading Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks has made our integration seamless - in the best way possible we forget we have it sometimes because it just works.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

We had some issues with efficiencies within our flows migrating to the core plaform - but Patchworks have been great at optimising our setup to resolve this

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks syncs orders and inventory between Shopify and Peoplevox instantly, ensuring our website is only showing the products available to buy, and allowing us to deliver a high speed, top quality despatch experience for customers.

 ### 3. Seamless Customization and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

I like that Patchworks allows us to customize our setup to pass the exact data we need in the way we need it. It's also great because it's easy to scale for new brands without relying on third parties. It's relatively quick to learn and is constantly being updated with new features. I appreciate being able to customize process flows exactly as we need. The support is responsive, and I experience very little downtime. The initial setup was relatively easy, and despite the platform's many features being initially overwhelming, there are very good resources and a training academy that provide a structured learning path through the key parts.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

It would be very useful if there was a way that the payloads in the run logs could be searched through. At the moment, it takes time to find the exact payload that may have an issue.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks syncs products, inventory, orders, and fulfillments effortlessly. It allows us to customize data flow, scaling rapidly without third-party reliance. It's quick to learn, with constant updates, customizable flows, responsive support, and little downtime, fitting our business needs perfectly.

 ### 4. Effortless Integration and Stellar Support Make This Platform a Standout

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devashish S. | eCommerce Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Ease of use and integration are standout features, thanks to the built-in connectors and endpoints that allow you to get started right away without spending extra time on basic setup. The platform handles large datasets efficiently by leveraging connection pools, pagination, and queuing logic. Implementing any process flow is straightforward with the available connectors and modules. Customer support is responsive and addresses nearly all queries promptly. Our technical point of contact consistently made time to assist us, whether we faced simple or complex issues, ensuring that every problem was resolved immediately.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

These are more of cosmetic changes and good-to-have features. The logging functionality could use some improvement, particularly by including requests in the logs. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a way to archive the process flow or implement versioning for it. When a process is deleted, it should be archived and then removed after a certain period. It would also be beneficial to have the ability to drag and drop shapes within the process flow to easily reposition them.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks has streamlined our integrations by connecting our eCommerce platform(oroCommerce), ERP(Oracle Netsuite) and PIM (PDM Automotive) systems seamlessly.
It has eliminated manual data entry, reduced the errors when handling data, and improved data accuracy across platforms.
Easy and quick setup makes it easy to deploy new integrations quickly, while real-time syncing keeps operations running smoothly. Overall, it’s boosted efficiency, scalability, and visibility across our business processes.

 ### 5. Robust Integrations and Automation, But Needs Smoother UI for Advanced Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vlad S. | NetSuite Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks is a reliable, well-structured integration platform that bridges systems like NetSuite, Futura, Magento 2, and Peoplevox seamlessly once the flows are configured properly. The data transformation capabilities and automation logic behind their connectors are strong, helping to stabilise complex ERP and retail ecosystems. The recent updates to the UI and error tracking have made monitoring flows far easier, and the team has been responsive to change requests and quick fixes when required. It’s particularly effective for managing large transaction volumes without constant manual intervention.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The platform still requires technical intervention for certain configurations or data fixes that could ideally be handled through the UI. Error logs sometimes need deeper investigation, which demands understanding of the underlying JSON payloads. Also, change deployment between environments could be smoother — currently it still depends on developer handover. Documentation could go deeper in some areas, especially around edge-case handling for multi-system integrations.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks sits at the core of our multi-system retail integration between NetSuite, Futura, Magento 2, and Peoplevox. It automates data flows for orders, inventory, transfers, and product creation—removing a huge amount of manual processing and reconciliation. The platform allows us to manage high transaction volumes daily with far fewer failures, improves data accuracy across systems, and helps maintain operational stability between ERP, warehouse, and e-commerce layers.

It’s been especially valuable in handling bespoke business rules (for example, conditional routing of transfer orders or mapping logic), which previously required heavy custom scripting in NetSuite or manual intervention. Patchworks essentially acts as the “nervous system” between all our operational tools, ensuring continuity and reliability.

 ### 6. Unrivaled Integrations Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Working with the entire team has been truly invaluable to me in the short time of collaboration. The applications are very user-friendly, which makes my daily tasks much easier. Even when I encounter something unfamiliar, the customer support is always reliable and responsive, whether I reach out by email or through Slack for immediate assistance. The number of features that Patchworks provides our company is essentially to the day to day running of the business.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Initially, I found the system quite complex to navigate, particularly when trying to understand the differences between Patchworks Tapestry and Patchworks Core. However, as I continue to use it, I find that it is gradually becoming easier and more straightforward.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks is effectively addressing all of our current business challenges, whether they relate to data, finance, inventory, ecommerce, or logistics.

 ### 7. Extremely Hands-On Consultants Who Really Get Stuck In

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

The consultants are extremely hands on and want to get stuck.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Some issues experienced have taken too long to resolve.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data would be siloed from one platform to the next without an iPaaS or bespoke solution. At our growth speed its preferable to rely on the infrastructure of an outsourced iPaaS platform so we can

 ### 8. Effortless Integration with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben I. | Implementation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

I use Patchworks to connect a bunch of integrations and it allows us to build integrations fast. I like the ease of use and the assistance from support when required. Jon Dunn has been a fantastic help. Even though I'm not an engineer and don't know how to code, getting quick answers from support has saved me a lot of time. The initial setup of Patchworks was quite easy once I passed the courses and gained a better understanding.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

I find sometimes the page doesn't refresh straight away to reflect changes, although it's possibly my fault for having multiple windows open at the same time.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Patchworks to connect integrations quickly without needing coding skills, saving time with easy setup and valuable support.

 ### 9. Systems Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Full integration of all aspects of our tech-stack.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The cost is high and if you want to self-serve it does require technical knowledge.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks connects our Shopify Plus store with Peoplevox (WMS) and Inventory Planner (purchasing). It allows for all products created in Shopify to sync and update with Peoplevox. Orders placed in Shopify come down to Peoplevox for picking and despatch. Fulfilled orders update to Shopify. Order edits made in Shopify sync to Peoplevox until the point the order goes into a pick. Purchase orders raised in Inventory Planner push to Peoplevox where goods can be booked in and receipt of goods syncs back up to Inventory Planner.

We've recently moved to their Core level product which offers greater customisation, better reporting and easier builds for new flows between services. The transition was conducted by Ben and his team very professionally. The support through the changeover was very good with rapid responses to queries raised.

There have been a lot of improvements to the Patchworks platform over the last year and I'm confident that whatever services and processes we want to bring online will be achievable through it.

 ### 10. Accessible Portal and Real Human Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Communication with real people and the accessibility of the portal

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

reduced staffing has resulted in less bandwidth and higher stress on our contacts at Patchworks. Feel we can only focus on one thing at a time, while before they could delegate and we could work across our total business

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day to day flows with issues.
new integrations to new platforms and solutions for all of our requirements

 ### 11. Absolutely Love This Software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob G. | Integrations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

One of the standout features of Patchworks is the 24/7 support they provide.
In particular, Jon Dunn has been incredibly helpful to our company, guiding us through the migration from tapestry services to core.
Without his assistance, the process would not have been nearly as smooth.
The platform itself is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and edit when necessary. We will definitely be recommending Patchworks as the integration platform of choice.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

We have not found anything to dislike about patchworks.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The complexities that naturally occur with integrating multiple systems

 ### 12. Reliable and Great Customer Success Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Customer Success team is very helpful in making sure we are able to get what we need from Patchwork's services; Chris Howes has been especially helpful and has really made sure we have been taken care of when things have gone wrong.

The customer support ticketing service although sometimes slow is quite responsive and useful in making sure things are running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

On occasion you do get unexpected issues without explanation but, these are usually fixed quickly. It has been at times difficult to make changes to our flows in good time, especially when referred to third parties. eCirql is an exception to this and has been able to deliver for us.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linking our many platforms together to ensure smooth business operation and helping us to adjust our flows to adapt to changing business needs.

 ### 13. World leading iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian C. | Contributor and Co-host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

The lates version of the Patchworks product is as feature rich as any on the market. Having been a user of the old platform, I can categorically state that the efficiencies gained by using the latest platform are huge. it can chop a month off a 3 month project, comfortably. The rich UI and low code approach to configuration also means it is simple to guide customers through, which is hugely valuable, particularly during UAT. Requirements translate to visual flows, that a customer can understand and sign off on.

Beyond the platform, the business is one of the most approachable in its class. Many iPaaS platforms, and platforms within the wider ecommerce tech vendor ecosystem can be slightly 'faceless' at times. With Patchworks, we have a direct relationship that goes deep into the professional services team, giving us an unbeatable access to help, when needed.

Patchworks also embrace the feedback loop we provide, in order to help with product roadmap improvements, which is hugely valuable to us.

In summary, we would not be able to function half as well right now, without the Patchworks platform or relationship. It is that simple.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

We are still working through some of the commercials as the platform and some of the partnership opportunities are fast flowing and ever increasing. Over time, some of this will hopefully become more boiler plate between us. Part of the evolution of the new model.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a specialist integration agency, using iPaaS middlewear to integrate disperate systems. Therefore Patchworks platform is one of the central facilitators to our agency offering

 ### 14. Patchworks is our primary iPaaS solution for a reason

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Having reviewed and worked with a variety of iPaaS solutions, we selected Patchworks thanks to its reliability, modern architecture (particularly with the upgrade to CORE) and the level of service the PW team provide to enable our team and our merchants.

It is relatively easy to use, speeds up our project delivery and gives our clients a reliable integration layer.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

It would be nice if Patchworks had an enablement team in APAC, having said that, as one of their partners, we are largely able to provide this as a service to merchants.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up integration of ERP, WMS and IMS for our clients moving from legacy architecture to Shopify Plus. Improving time to value for projects. Simplifying roll-up groups journey to consolidate acquisitions on a common tech stack.

Benefit to us - client satisfaction, likelihood of 1 project turning into more (happy customers buy twice).

 ### 15. Great Innovative & Reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin H. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

In the ever changing landscape of tech innovation Patchworks keeps up well. The integrations can be done in as little as 10 minutes or as long as 10 hours depending how technical you want to get. The support seems above average for the limited times ive needed it. eCirql use Patchworks daily for our operations as a partner agency.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The escape key doesn't work when building flows to close the currently open window - Annoying but not at all a major issue.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us having to write our own integration platform, so solves the majority of our workload when we're implementing patchworks for our customers.

 ### 16. Review Patchworks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia v. | Head Warehousing and Transport, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Key Strengths:

1. Seamless Integrations:
Patchworks offers a strong library of pre-built connectors that made it relatively easy to link our systems without heavy development work. Platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, and WMS partners like Mainfreight were well-supported.

2. Scalability:
As our business scaled across new channels and markets, Patchworks accommodated new integrations without compromising system stability. The platform is designed to grow with your business.

3. Interface & Usability:
The user interface is intuitive, clean, and well-documented. This makes it easy for non-developers to monitor flows and detect any issues in real-time.

4. Support Team:
Their support team is responsive and helpful. We’ve had quick resolutions to most tickets and appreciated their proactive communication during implementation and go-live phases.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Areas for Improvement:

1. Customization Complexity:
While standard integrations are fast, customizing flows beyond the existing connectors can be complex and may require developer support or paid professional services.

2. Error Handling:
Although the error notifications are effective, the root cause explanations could be more detailed in some instances, particularly when debugging between third-party

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection between ERP and Shopify

 ### 17. Excellente expérience utilisateur

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rayan M. G. | Chemical Engineering Graduate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

What I appreciate most about Patchworks is its ability to centralize and automate data flows between different applications. This greatly simplifies the management of our operations and reduces potential errors related to manual entry." (This highlights automation and error reduction, common strengths of iPaaS).

"The flexibility and scalability of Patchworks are impressive. The platform seems capable of adapting to the growth of our company and the addition of new applications without requiring a major overhaul." (Emphasizing adaptability and scalability is a key advantage for any business).

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The cost of the platform could be a limiting factor for small businesses or projects with tighter budgets. A more flexible pricing structure could be considered.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Point-to-point or manual integration solutions can become difficult to manage and costly to maintain as the business grows and the volume of data increases.

 ### 18. Seamless Integrations Made Simple A Game-Changer for E-commerce Operations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bhavesh u. | Power BI Report Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks is really easy to make all our business apps work together without needing to possess advanced technical skills. and The prebuilt connectors saved lot of time and the user experience is really good. I also really enjoy the real-time monitoring features and it is comforting to know we'll get notified if anything goes wrong.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The initial setup can be somewhat intimidating if you lack experience with integration platforms, especially with complex systems. Some of the more advanced features would be helped by more in-depth documentation or click-by-click breakthroughs. But once everything is up and running, it works well.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks is helping us solve the headache of multiple systems in our e-commerce business. Before, integrating data between our online store, ERP, warehouse, and CRM was a manual and error-prone process. Now, all of it happens automatically orders, inventory levels, customer data all real-time updated

 ### 19. Highly recommended to get setup and going fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke S. | Head of DEvelopment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

The ease of setting up flows, along with all the available shapes to build out end to end data sync.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Some of the UX could be improved, always get logged out randomly

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves having to code out everything from the ground up

 ### 20. Outstanding Support, But Interface Can Be Complex

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Customer Service is great, Ben is super quick to help with any issues

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Can be complex for user to understand if not very technical

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intergration between warehouse system and shopify pulling data across seamlessly

 ### 21. Shopify to NetSuite integration with Patchworks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafal S. | IT Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks stands out for its ease of use. The dashboard is clean and makes it simple to track data flows and spot issues quickly. While at the very beginning it might be confusing which shapes do what, Patchworks Academy course is very helpful, intuitive and easy to follow with some great examples.

I also appreciate how smooth the setup process is for most integrations—it feels like the platform anticipates common use cases, which saves a lot of time (f.e. predefined requests).

Logs for each flow are very well built, with easy of access in mind. It's very helpful to be able to see the payload per each step.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Sometimes it's annoying to need to click many buttons to get back or to a certain page, but most probably it comes to getting used to it.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Patchworks to integrate Shopify B2C sales flow with NetSuite, our ERP. We are migrating from Patchworks Tapestry and so far it seems that new Patchworks Core is much more intuitive, easier to use for regular users and non-developers. Most smaller changes can be done internally, without need of external expertise.

 ### 22. Tough start and some hurdles over the years, but generally a solid custom integration and team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen I. | Director / COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks is an integrarion partner that can truly build custom integrations for businesses operating at scale. We were influenced by companies like Gym Shark and Lounge Underwear - if they use Patchworks for their intergrations, they must be solid! Patchworks integrates Shopify, Netsuite and PeopleVox for us.

We were really lucky to work with one of their super devs (Ben Cleminson) when our integration was being built (he came in as an SOS), and over the years even though he has moved into more senior positions he has always been there to lend a helping hand or escalate support tickets if we're in trouble. Overall I find their management team to be responsive and very willing to assist if there is a problem to be worked through.

Their Patchworks service dashboard is very easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

We had a bad initial experience with Patchworks when our integration was being developed, but Patchworks recognised this when we were in the middle of our go-live and assigned one of their top developers to our project to ensure it got across the line, as we were doing our go-live the week before Black Friday in 2021. So even though the build out and go-live was initially a massive struggle, they did sort it out for us by allocating the right person to the job when it mattered the most.

Being located in New Zealand, I do sometimes find that the support team is not very responsive to our needs, due to the different timezone we operate in. But that being said, if I'm ever having trouble getting something resolved, I'm able to reach out to the Patchworks management team who have always sorted it out for me by escalating it through the appropriate support channels.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks integrates Shopify, Netsuite and PeopleVox for us. We use StarShipIT for our shipping platform, but there is an out-of-the-box API between PeopleVox and StarShipIT for that, so that is the only part of our integration that Patchworks doesn't manage.

 ### 23. Great software with a supportive team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchwork’s connectors have unlocked a range of new potential customers for us but enabling us to onboard them a lot quicker.

Their team is helpful and proactive with helping us leverage patchworks

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Nothing to complain about. We struggled to get a few things set up at first, but after that it was pretty seamless

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new customers

 ### 24. Great product & service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Ecommerce Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks has provided a great stock and order sync between SAP and Shopify. It is so refreshing to know that the stock is correct on our website.

The support team are also very speedy at resolving issues.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

There are no downsides, love the product. However there have been a few issues where I needed to work with Patchworks support to resolve. For example, products and stock not syncing correctly.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to sync our stock between SAP and Shopify, so that there are no stock errors. It also syncs orders to from Shopify to SAP, so there is no need to manually create orders in SAP once receiving them in Shopify.

 ### 25. Great iPaaS! Empowering businesses to take control and gain visibility of their integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navid J. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

We went through a large greenfield transformation in 2021 and Patchworks played a key role in supporting this complex implementation.

Their iPaaS offering (which, has been upgraded since the implementation) and their Project Manager helped us get the transformation over the line as well as provide critical go live support.

Their new platform goes a long way in placing them as one of the best integration platforms out there. It provides great visibility of your services as well as easily accessible run logs to check failed imports so that that you can remedied issues with speed. It also allows you to create your own integrations in an intuitive way, however this may require someone with a technical background, especially if you require customisations (but this is true across all offerings of this type).

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Previously. Patchworks implemented their solution in-house, which was great for us as they knew their product intimately. However, they now only offer the iPaaS product and you would need to go through their partners/agencies to actually implement the software.

This is a sign that they are growing and their product is popular, therefore they just can't take on all of the work themselves.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks is integrating our website, ERP and warehouses. This is all managed under one product (instead of having custom integrations or using seperate integration platforms) that lends itself to easily developing the microservices we need.
It is also providing an accessible platform through which issues can be easily identified and remediated to ensure business operations are not impacted.

 ### 26. The best Integration Platform as a Service for retail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy R. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks enables retailers to confidently integrate the myriad elements of the tech stack from the customer facing technology online and instore, through to the tools and resources their teams, suppliers and partners are using in their back office. Furthermore, their product has grown up with a range of high volume businesses, meaning that they're uniquely placed to robustly support retailers during peak trading periods.

As an integration partner of Patchworks we love their WYSIWYG editor and the ability it gives us to rapidly help clients and deploy new integrations for them. We also love the fact that beacuse, as a product, it is easy to use, yet powerful, we can focus on adding value and delivering on more complex edge cases for clients, whilst they're not locked into relying on us to explain their 'magic box' to them. They can take as much (or as little) ownership of the platform as they want to.

As consultants and engineers, the more we know about the products and tools we leverage for our clients the better and Patchworks' approach is excellent. They provide comprehensive online documentation that is updated regularly and they openly share what's new and what's changed via their release notes. Their leadership team also go out of their way to spread that knowledge and to share their own content around new use cases, endpoints and integration approaches, which is invaluable.

Patchworks' blueprints enable us to generate and deploy proof of concept and customised integrations for our clients quickly and easily and also provide us with a route to collaborate with Patchworks and the rest of their Integration Partner community on providing retailers with public blueprints for common use cases that they can install and leverage in a single click.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

There's nothing we dislike about Patchworks or their platform. But that's not say it's perfection, and at the time of writing, Patchworks would be even better if:
- Patchworks' error reporting and logging is excellent, especially the ability to review payloads at each step of a process flow to diagnose the root cause of an issue. Overall reporting on daily running could be improved, particularly with regards to operational dashboards and traffic lighting for specific data types, processes and - as a partner - clients.
- For retailers that are starting out on Patchworks with an App, or on their Standard plan, there could be more clarity with regards to how costs may develop as the complexity of their integrations grows and / or they process more transactions and data on the platform.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing manual processes.
Replacing automated processes that can't cope with spikes in volume and / or constant high volumes.
Automating and integrating disparate systems through the retail technology stack, from front-end (eCommerce and Point of Sale) through to business management (ERP, OMS, Accounting) and onto Suppliy Chain (PLM, PIM etc..).
Providing retailers with the ability to maintain and extend their own system integrations.

 ### 27. Huge time saver for our teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete R. | Head Of Consultancy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

We just completed quite a complex integration between a legacy ERP and Shopify Plus using Patchworks and it saved us a huge amount of time on the project. We had a site on Shopify with 7 instances and instead of having to write 7 different integrations, we could write one and share it across each stores. The beauty is, when we update one instance of the integration, all the others get updated!

The UI is really easy to use and makes finding things really easy. The run logs are super useful in being able to debug your flows and there's a range of pre-built shapes you can use to help build out your flows.

We got up and running really quickly with the pre-built Shopify connector which had all the endpoints available to us and when we needed a new connector creating for our legacy ERP, the Patchworks team created it for us!

Overall the best thing I can say about Patchworks is the support we've receieved throughout our project. We were stuck on an issue and couldn't figure out where the problem was - we jumped on a call with their support team and it was solved in half an hour!

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Although the platform is low code / no code, if you need to do any complex stuff then you still need a developer to write custom scripts, as was our case. However the script engine lets you use whichever language you like which is super helpful.

I'd say that if you have a really straightforward integration between two platforms, most people could use the platform with a bit of training but if you need anything custom or complex, you will need a developer. That's not a Patchworks issue really as it can't write code for you but it's to bear in mind that if you have a complex integration to work on, Patchworks isn't a silver bullet but it will help you in so many other areas.

Roadmap suggestion for the PW team - integrate AI to write code for you, then it would truly be no code/lo-code!

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing complexity of integrations, providing us with a solid base to work from and stops us having to reinvent the wheel when integrations already exist.

Massive time saver for us on projects!

 ### 28. Great Platform supported by a great team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian W. | Ecommerce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

It's a very versitile system allowing unparralleled data manipulation to transfer data from any ecommerce platform to our slightly bespoke ERP system.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Occasionaly we have struggled with first line support taking a day or 2 to escalate support queries leading to slighlty longer resolutions than we would like.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very unique ERP system that required bespoke endpoints to be created that Patchworks haddled for us seamlessly.

 ### 29. Effortless Integrations with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks excels at simplifying complex integrations, especially between platforms like Shopify and legacy ERPs. The low-code interface is intuitive and allows for rapid setup and management of integrations, which has saved us significant time and effort. Additionally, the customer support is top-notch, with the team readily available to assist with any issues, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

While Patchworks is user-friendly, more complex integration scenarios may still require the involvement of a developer to write custom scripts. This can add a layer of complexity for non-technical users who might not have the necessary skills. However, the platform does provide flexibility in scripting languages, which is a helpful feature.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patchworks is solving the problem of complex data integrations between disparate systems. It provides a solid, reliable base that eliminates the need to build custom integrations from scratch. This not only saves us considerable time on projects but also reduces costs and increases efficiency across our operations.

 ### 30. Great experience with Parchworks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen K. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

We've recently used Patchworks for a recent integration project with one of our ecommerce clients integrationing into a legacy ERP for stock, orders etc

The team offered great support and helped us solve a number of tricky set up issues pertaining to our clients requirements.

The nature of it's lo code, no code architecture allows for a combination of both developer and non developer teams to work together.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

There's a learning curve like any software and we were an early vendor to adopt their new lo code tech stack and lean into their go to maket strategy where it's vendor led, vs project delivery by the internal patchworks team. This meant both sides leaning into a collaborative approach to delivery. We are now very confident with both the platform and best practice approaches to integration.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data transfer and mapping ipass solution. Solves a complex integration project that would otherwise require custom software.

 ### 31. Highly Effective Shopify-Centric iPaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks helps us integrate Shopify with almost every third-party system used by our clients. Historically this has been a pain-point for Swanky's clients, and typically required custom middleware which introduced both risk and complexity to platform migration projects.

Our technical teams enjoy working with Patchworks' product and teams. We are well aligned at a partnership level and very pleased with the positive impact that working with Patchworks is having for both our clients and our own business.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

There is some prevailing negative market sentiment about previous versions of Patchworks' product. We're not seeing the same issues in the (excellent) new product, but are having to do some additional educational work to clarify that the new platform is different from the legacy offering.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating multiple commerce systems quicker, at lower cost, with greater levels of automation. This is saving time and money for our clients, accelerating overall platform migration projects, and creating efficiency and scalability in clients' operational systems.

 ### 32. A product that simply works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emil T. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks for us is a reliable tech partner, always available, attentive to our needs, and delivering a product that simply works. We have a quite complex IT infrastructure to manage, and the Patchworks connectors are one of the parts we don't have to worry about.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

You have to meet them, they are amazing!

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our eCommerce and ERP systems, keeping our data flowing smoothly between them. It handles the tricky part of mapping data, so orders, inventory, and customer info stay in sync automatically. During busy times like Black Friday or Christmas, Patchworks manages the heavy load, so we don't have to worry about system slowdowns or errors.

 ### 33. Patchworks middleware is reliable and flexible`

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc O. | Head of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Reliable, it just works. We've had no discernable downtime and flows cover all our requirements for orders / refunds up and stock down between shopify and our OMS/ERP

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Implementation was done by 3rd party agency and was more difficult than expected

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PAtchworks passes our ecommerce transactions to our order management system. It also collects the order despatched status tracking etc and passes them back to ecommerce platform (shopify). Also incremental stock is sent as generated and full stock update overnight.

 ### 34. I took a quick glance at it and it does look interesting.

Patchworks was a great support over peak trading, Everything ran seamlessly! Great planning so everything from orders, product to fulfillment all ran smoothly.

Great job Patchworks!

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

Support could be faster at times, but this is improving now. As a customer you can log into your own portal and rectify a problem yourself.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Your own portal to view syncs and also to solve a problem if any occur.

 ### 36. Powering Connections and Simplifying Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil B. | Partnerships Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks empowers our customers by simplifying integrations and maintaing connections with 3rd party systems. Rapdily reducing the time to value by allowing non-technical users to create process flows and do away with point to point vendor specific apps.

Using the Patchworks integration platform as a service (iPaaS) not only saves time, it also reduces implementation costs and ongoing maintaince fees.

Our customers can use Patchworks to automate and manage the flow of data across their entire ecosystem and support any type of integration scenario, not matter how complex.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

The Patchworks platform is too simple to use, therefore making it hard to charge customers for what would otherwise be complex integrations projects.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting 3rd party Seller data to Operator platforms, allowing for rapid onbaording and simple data transfer

 ### 37. A new world of opportunity to leverage technology and serve businesses efficiently.

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Patchworks?**

Patchworks offers a great portfolio of integrations and are working towards many more.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

As with any other platform, there is a learning curve to grasp BAU tasks.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business had a legacy integration lacking documentation and specialist support. With Patchworks, our internal teams can be empowered to monitor, control and leverage technology for existing applications as well as having an opportunity to manage future integrations with ease.

 ### 38. Makes integration easy!

**Reviewed by:** Dorant D. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

Flexible, no-code needed, great piece of tech. Always recommend them when I work with ecommerce brands especially when they choose to go composable and want to integrate fast with a modern IPaaS.

**What do you dislike about Patchworks?**

They previously were implementing solutions themselves, which meant they couldn't take all the work from the high demand they had. They've now switched to a true SaaS product and have SIs implement which speeds up the process and means they can take on more project.

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast integration to tools that don't have an OOTB integration.

 ### 40. User friendly and wide of range of integrations

**What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**
