I was initially hesitant to introduce another tool to manage patching, but after integrating Patch My PC cloud with our Intune environment, that hesitation quickly disappeared. The console proved to be fast, flexible, and allowed our team to work independently without added overhead. With the recent introduction of the MacOS app update features in Patch My PC Cloud, the platform has become even more valuable—streamlining application updates and reducing manual effort even further. After the initial setup, most application updates truly became “set it and forget it.” I also appreciate that, with Intune still serving as the delivery mechanism, we retain the ability to manually adjust packages when needed. Whenever we’ve run into an issue that couldn’t be solved with one of their many knowledge articles, their team has always stepped in and guided us to a solution. I’m also a big fan of the “vote for your ideas” section on their website, where you can suggest new features. The best part is that Patch My PC actually listens and implements these ideas! **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** I think the reporting tool could really benefit from having more built-in reports, or even offering the ability to create custom ones. I’d also love to have an option to export the graphs directly, rather than just exporting the raw data and having to build the graphs myself. **What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patch My PC has made software packaging so much simpler and far less time consuming. If I had to manually package everything, it would pretty much be a full-time job. Thanks to PMPC, I now have much more free time to focus on other tasks that need my attention. I rarakey have any issues with this application and once patching is setup, there is pretty mucvh not more you need to do but allow the pathces to apply as they become vulberable. They are now extendeing to MacOS device as well **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** What made me like it less was its selection of applications they can update. I would have like a bigger list of application. Some applications i need the instalkler placed in a repository. It would be great if that was not needed, so we could elimate that manual process **What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem PatchMyPC is solving is our 3rd party software patch management. We attempted to do this via Intune ourselves, but are novice on the Intune platform. Our vulnerability scans were showing lots of 3rd party application vulnerabilities and PatchMyPC integartion into Intune takes the worry and work out of keeping these applications up to date. It's consistent, it packages apps, you can customise them etc. Brilliant. It's incredibly easy to install and set up yourself and the support team are moments away for a review call. Looking to integrate with Intune next and spilt our Co-managed workloads. PatchMyPC, where have you been all my life! **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** I think the only thing I'd change would be the sync schedule granularity. Whilst daily, weekly, monthly etc. is fine, it would be nice to be able to set it to sync every 3 days for example. **What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's taking care of patching over 100 3rd party applications, and I've now started using it to package newer versions of these that we offer clients. I am currently only using it for Advanced Insights and third-party patching with SCCM. Advanced insights are great to get additional details on device warranty, battery and disk health, and browser plugins. PMPC has a large library of third-party products it patches, and their integration is simple and just works. As an IT Admin I am looking for products that work and have little overhead for everyday maintenance. PMPC solves my problem with third party patching and doesn't require any additional overhead. Their software integrated greatly with SCCM and its infrastructure to roll out patches. You can simply create ADRs and deploy exactly how you deploy Windows updates. Additionally, their solution is more cost effective over other providers. **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** I am a new customer and so far I haven't found a dislike. Their customer care program and engineering teams are great to work with. Something I would like to see would be additional consulting opportunities for products SCCM. I migrated our current SCCM infrastructure to an updated SCCM environment to get it current on software and OS versions. It would have been nice if Patch My PC had pro-services for that. However, it is hard to fault someone for services they do not offer. **What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patch My PC solves our need to patch third party applications. They have a vast library of applications they patch. It is extensible to where you can also include your own customizations, and these customizations are carried forward each time as new releases get published. We are all being asked to do more with less, and as a small team it has been great to offload some of the more frequent and tedious updates to PatchMyPC. Their support is timely, and they offer environment reviews and assistance getting everything set up and integrated into your software distribution system. **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** The publisher only syncs daily (though you can increase this using the scheduler). This has enabled us in the security team to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that this tool is helping keep an eye on critical CVE's to proactively help our System Administrator. I really like how it notifies us ahead of time that it has already patched a critical vulnerability so we don't have to pester people after seeing an article online about the newest threat. It was easy to integrated into our intune environment and it appears to have implemented without any issues reported to us. **What do you dislike about Patch My PC?** I haven't really found a downside to using this. If there was anything I would think that it would be sometimes there are applications that aren't in their library, but my understanding from our System Admin is that it doesn't take long to get something added. **What problems is Patch My PC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Critical Vulnerabilites with Applications that need to be addressed in a prompt manner.
