"Simple and worth every penny"
5/5
What do you like best about Pastel?

Love the simplicity of it. The tool saves hours of going back and forth with developers and designers. What's helped us the most is during the web design phase. There's so many little edits that need to be done on different pages. Sending screenshots with arrows or trying to explain the edit you'd like was a very tedious process. Pastel solved all of that for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pastel?

There's nothing I dislike. It's been easy for everyone to jump in and start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great customer feedback tool for website design"
5/5
What do you like best about Pastel?

Simple feedback tool that works for even the most stubborn non-tech-savvy customer. We can send a client a wireframe/prototype website and get instant feedback related to actual items on the page versus generalized notes sent over by email without any context. What do you dislike about Pastel?

iPhone compatibility when in mobile browsers is unusable at the moment. (They are aware of the issue) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for website change management and design "
4/5
What do you like best about Pastel?

The interface lays on top of your site, which prevents duplications

Super easy to comment and call out specific features, text edits, and open to live collaboration between client, developers and designers

So much faster than traditional methods of feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pastel?

It can be slow, and sometimes toggling between comment view, live view, etc is not super intuitive

Always a challenge to manage the right feedback at the right times, but that's a process to work through within the team

Would love to be able to comment with thumbnails or photos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
