Fast, browser-based interface and a quick startup. The support also responds quickly and is very helpful. We are very pleased with the product's price/performance ratio. The mobile app requires a connection and authorization in the web interface. This is unfortunate when you don't have a browser handy to verify the app. Sometimes it feels like the search doesn't go through the full text of the entries. Passwork is amazing for storing passwords, and the price points makes it very valuable for organizations not willing to invest highly in a tool that should do a very simple task. In larger organizations it is an impossibility that all employees have to remember not only one, but two passwords. I like that we can host Passwork ourselves, which means we do not have to trust any third party, and we have the passwords on our own infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Passwork? It's annoying that Passwork doesn't show the whole password in the extension if it's too long, and it doesn't use a monoblock font, so I never know if it's a zero or an O. They should also change to monofont, show the entire password in the extension, and allow multiple URLs for the same password.
