Firstly, we experienced a hiccup with some deliveries to Canada early on. The issue stemmed from a problem with one of their delivery companies, leading to a delay of 3-4 weeks before our customer received their package. While this was not directly PassportShipping's mistake, we would have appreciated a quicker resolution.
Secondly, while PassportShipping does an excellent job with international deliveries, they currently do not offer a solution for handling returns. As an e-commerce business, managing returns is a significant part of our operations. It would significantly enhance their service if they could offer local returns and inspect returned items. From the account executive to support staff, many of our queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
