Passdesk is UK-built driving school software that puts the lesson diary, payments, progress and theory practice in one workspace. The drag-and-drop diary handles recurring lessons, availability and cancellation policies, and syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook. Cancelled slots are offered to waitlisted learners automatically. Payments run through Stripe — cards, deposits, packages and no-show fees — with balances tracked in lesson hours, plus Direct Debit instalments. Progress uses a rubric aligned to the DVSA test report (control, manoeuvres, junctions, road types, conditions), so learners can see how close they are to test-ready. Theory practice covers all official categories. Routes can be drawn on a map, imported from GPX or recorded live in the car, organised by test centre. Every learner gets a portal showing their lessons, balance and progress. Schools pay one flat subscription — no per-instructor pricing, no franchise — and data is stored in the UK.
