The customer service team of the platform is helpful and attentive, and the verification process is streamlined and dependable.Two important benefits are the user-friendliness and the smooth interaction with different systems. The platform's extensive verification features improve security without sacrificing user friendliness. Furthermore, the customer service offered is excellent, with problems being resolved quickly and efficiently.

Even while Passbase is superior to many of its competitors in many aspects, smaller companies or startups may find the pricing to be prohibitive. Furthermore, in order to properly exploit some sophisticated capabilities, a deeper level of technical understanding may be required.

User-intuitive and great customer support. There is no other identity verification resource that I've found that is as good as this.

I'm not a technical person so I needed help with some of their API documentation, but their support was great.

**What problems is Perpetual Risk Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediate and easy KYC/AML verifications. Being able to integrate with them shaved several months off of developing my product.
