What do you like best?

It's easy to use and essential in making sure data is consistent across numerous objects. Aggregating Data across numerous objects into one field -- a piece of cake. I love that any custom object is supported, you can aggregate numbers or text, and custom logic is super easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Depending on complexity - you can run into a few Data Lock errors - but their support is top notch. Be careful in how many scheduled roll ups you have - try to leverage their instant update feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Number of contacts in an Outreach Sequence, last call type on the contact, rolling up bizible data. We use it to help make sorting and segmenting accounts way easier. This is particularly useful in understanding how your reps are working their accounts and opportunities. The biggest benefit was to roll up Bizible Attribution data on to the opportunity to create custom business logic to suppress touchpoints based on the delta between Opp Creation and Touchpoint date. Rollup Helper makes it so easy to get the information you need in the places you want. There are no limitations by Master-Detail relationships so you can roll up virtually any field you need, including activities! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Roll Up Helper has been key in helping our Salesforce Org display data ('roll-up') data across multiple objects. Salesforce has limitations in how many roll-ups (and what field types) and this has been a life saver for us, especially without having to do any custom coding. What do you dislike?

I do think the UI could be improved upon in Salesforce. At first several uses it's a little difficult to get the roll up scheduled to run (real time, etc), but once you figure it out it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Displaying data across objects for different teams to utilize. Some of our users only work out of a couple objects and shouldn't have to try to search through the system to find exactly what they are looking for.
