PartsTech has made this process much easier and faster, and it keeps getting better. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrated with our original platform, Mitchell 1, and now it works seamlessly with Tekmetric as well. We rely on PartsTech for every repair order and I wouldn't want to do it any other way. I recall when Nexpart first introduced this concept but couldn't quite deliver on it. PartsTech stepped in and truly made it work. **What do you dislike about PartsTech?** Very rarely but at times, the system goes down. They are usually really fast at taking care of the issue. Anytime i do have issues their customer tech support is quick to help me get situated. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** With partstech i am able to find the parts at the absolute best price and get them faster too, based on the needs of that repair order. ### 2. Not only has this sped up our workflow as a whole but has made the process of parts much easier for not only myself as a manager, but for the technicians as well. It is also nice to only need to give out one login for parts purchasing, rather than several different ones for all of the different vendors. **What do you dislike about PartsTech?** The only issue we've seen with PartsTech is that sometimes part images are not accurate when compared to the part image listed on the vendor's website. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** PartsTech makes our day to day operations easier, faster, and more efficient by allowing us to find the parts we need, at the price we need, from any of our available vendors with ease! ### 3. It took just a little bit to figure out how everything worked, but I like how it integrates directly with Tekmetric and automatically loads everything into the estimates. **What do you dislike about PartsTech?** The only thing I don't like quite as much is that when it comes to worldpac, it doesn't automatically transfer the shipping costs over, but they did add a check mark to remind you of the shipping costs. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obtaining parts ### 5. The stores that have inventory issues and a part will say that it's in stock when the store really doesn't have it. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can quickly see who has parts and order them without lengthy phone calls ### 6. I can make user accounts - they just do not consoldate into a singular dashboard for easy tracking and management **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** PartsTech has streamilined our repair estimate process immensely. It has reduced the amount of time that it takes to build the mostr accurate estimate that we can for our customers. It's very easy to learn - making it a great tool for my rechnicians to utilize. ### 9. As a car mechanic, Partstech gives me information from various suppliers and it helps me to compare their prices so I can get the best price. 2. It gives me real-time updates on stock levels and nearby stores where such parts are available. **What do you dislike about PartsTech?** Till now I have not faced any issues but sometimes it takes time to update the inventory level which some time shows wrong data. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. PartsTech helped me to compare and order auto parts from multiple suppliers without visiting multiple stores, it saves my time and effort. 2. The distribution network and infrastructure they built for auto parts are very reliable. And their integration with the shop management system makes everything easier, from checking inventory to ordering all of it. **What do you dislike about PartsTech?** The negative things I notice are the wrong description and pricing details, which sometimes cause an issue. Sometimes the order doesn't go through and does not always show the available vendors. **What problems is PartsTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major role of PartsTech for me is keeping the inventory up to date and making purchases through a wide variety of vendors which helped us find the best parts and suppiles. ### 13.
