What do you like best about partnrUP?

Gen.Video's platform is intuitive, comprehensive, and super easy to use for managing Influencer Marketing campaigns. All branded materials and/or branding requirements can be uploaded directly into the tool, alongside content coming directly from each influencer. Gen.Video's platform provides a one-stop-shop for edits, approvals, reporting, and more, so it has proven to be an invaluable tool time and time again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is partnrUP solving and how is that benefiting you?

gen.video led by Bill and Jess is a winning team of customer experience leaders and founders.

Bill has been an advocate for the HP shopper experience and my mentor in the influencer content creation industry. We partnered at the US retail level providing excellent influencer product reviews that HP was unable to create internally. We were able to pilot directly with Amazon, which allowed us to demonstrate a very positive ROI. Those campaigns became a much-copied standard for Amazon product page content. Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, Office Max, and more all concurred that the fantastic, informative, unbiased content from 3rd party video reviewers was a highly valuable asset for the shopper journey. gen.video influencer videos allow shoppers to “see” and “experience” the products in real-world environments and scenarios similar to their own; almost a trial before buy experience.

gen.video customer service is absolutely top of the industry and always a breath of fresh air when coming to them with a new project. Their very skilled staff helped me to think of the shopper's journey in new and effective ways. Their partnership has been invaluable to my role, and I highly recommend them for product reviews, product demonstrations, retailer shopper journey strategy, and influencer content.
