I don't use gen.video that often so it may just be my unfamiliarity with the platform, but sometimes I feel like the navigation could be a little more intuitive. The quality of influencer content can vary quite dramatically. I was able to hedge with multiple influencers so was more likely to receive a great video. But there are a few videos that we will not be using in their entirety. I will say that our brand asked for a very specific demographic of influencers, and when you become more niche, it's harder to find top-tier talent within that pool. I did not experience any dislikes directly related to the gen.video team, but I do wish there were more hours in the day for campaign development! The team was transparent on workflows and schedules, and continuously worked behind the scenes to find efficiencies to improve timelines without impacting results. Two things that stick out to me are the Gen.Video team members and the platform. The team has always been very responsive and knowledgeable for our (often times quick turn) projects. Not necessarily a dislike but more of opportunities moving forward from my perspective would include more focus on read outs of campaigns upon completion (what went well, metrics, what could have gone better) and also would like to get a better understanding of the Gen.Video services outside of the influencer filming and posting content. We ran one project with paid media which I'd like a better understanding of the process and opportunities on. Other service categories I'd be interested in learning and testing more about includes content strategy/managment (for our PDPs and brand pages across retail), audience research and optimization and learning.
