Gen.Video offered a super targeted campaign that generated buzz about our essential products. These are not easily marketed products and using their influencers helped so much. What do you dislike about partnrUP? Due to the timeline, there were some misunderstandings about rights for the content that was created. I thought all of the rights were secured and we could use all of the assets in perpetuity. In the end, the team was still able to secure all the rights that we needed. We had some additional budget at the end of a period and wanted to spend it on a tactic that would produce benefits in that period and the next. The turnaround time from planning to execution was less than a month. We were able to get the content created, approved, and posted prior to the deadline. It was exciting to learn that HP was one of the first to pilot video reviews for Consumer Electronic products on their platform. Reviews are not new to HP, but video reviews are a game changer! Strategically building and leveraging an inventory of user-generated video product reviews and engaging customers online where product research begins increases HP's credibility. At first, we needed to supplement our Amazon content with user-generated videos to increase conversions. Gen Video was able to get 70 UGC videos up in 45 days, helping us to improve our conversion rate by 3%. Second, we wanted to test the impact of TikTok influencers on the sales of our products and hired Gen Video to cast influencers and run campaigns on our behalf. Our project management tracking system and social calendar publishing calendar provides real-time collaboration and visibility for teams. Timeline management can be challenging when there are multiple co-funding partners and brand teams involved, especially when work isn't able to be kicked-off until all systems are 'green' and teams approve the plan. The work with this client is complex - supporting multiple parties with various retail channels to support. Having the ability to see what creative messaging (and on what channel) drives sales at various retailers is something we take a lot of pride in for our customers.
