**What do you like best about Partnerships Experience Academy?**

it covers a wide range of topics and includes access to all types of users and accounts
it has some gamification elements which is nice 
they would do well to learn from other well established platforms to improve

**What do you dislike about Partnerships Experience Academy?**

the layout is chaotic and all over the place, there is no clear path to progress from one course to another
there is too much content that is not well delineated
there are no subtitles and no transcript
review of every single course is mandatory
it is not possible to view the history of courses taken

**What problems is Partnerships Experience Academy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is supposed to provide training on using the impact platform but it fails in doing that. the help and guidance within the app itself is much more useful.
it should be sufficient to take the PXA courses and be fully ready to use the platfom but this is not the case, even after the taking the expert level courses
