The lead submission form has made a great experience for our partners and allows them to track exactly how their leads are progressing and when they are getting paid. We were early users of the platform so there were some limitations in terms of formatting announcements, adding resources, and creating partner accounts but Josh and his team took a lot of our feedback and have since made a number of improvements and updates. As a lean team we’ve done our best to automate all areas of our business, most recently the partner channel. PartnerPortal.io fit right into our tech stack, allowing us to automate partner registrations, leads, partner communication and payments. We’re not a tech company, which made it hard to find a vendor that could conform to our industry, but so far so good. Full range of customization rounded out nicely with our program. We leverage managed services with a few of our other vendors and the quality of support with PartnerPortal is often equal. Rec's to others: If you’re looking for something that is easy to set up, with simple UI, don’t assume you need to buy one of the expensive platforms to find it. We were looking to formalize our partner program, specifically during the early stages before our partnerships were official. I really appreciated the simplicity when it came to customizing and launching the platform, as well as the ability to set up custom partner tiers based on revenue.
