I really enjoy how simple they've made their product. It's intuitive so my partners can easily figure out where to go for information and how to submit their referrals. The partner registration process is simple and takes no time at all. This company is a startup so many of the things that I dislike I feel confident will be resolved with time.

Very limited integrations (paypal for partner payments, for example), very clunky interface, limited scope, overpriced for what is offered, very underwhelming customer experience. For example, when invited to reply to an automated email sent by co-founder, I was met with an automated reply asking me to donate $2.00 to a charity in order to get my email through a filtering software. The onboarding process at PartnerPortal is the best part. It is far too simple to learn and apply. It also allows you to change the colours and branding which doesn't consume your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PartnerPortal still lacks some key futures in our opinion. For example, partners cannot change the phase of the deal; instead, partners can only enter notes about the deals. When dealing with multiple deals at the same time, this adds extra work for the vendor. However, the support team informed us that this and other futures would be available soon. I love that it gives us one central place to manage leads from partners, share resources with partners, make payments, and share announcements.
