I’ve worked with Partnerize for five years and have consistently had a positive experience. The account management is a standout strength-the team has built a strong rapport with us and demonstrates a deep understanding of our goals, as well as the challenges we face. Their commissioning structures are highly flexible, allowing for more sophisticated attribution models and tailored partner payments. What do you dislike about Partnerize? While the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate at a high level, conducting more detailed analysis can be less convenient. Having worked with this platform over many many years, what stands out most is that they are extremely careful about their customer service level, with proactiveness being very important to how they work. They only employ top talent, and provide a lot of support for their customers including agencies like BlueGum. I've been pleasantly surprised what can be achieved if you dig around a bit, but they could do with a UX revamp so that customers can make the most of the incredible features! I downloaded Partnerize to apply for the Charlotte Tilbury affiliate program in 2023 and since then I was using this platform to work with different well known brands for joining their affiliate programs and earning commissions and I like how easy it is to apply to join programs and keep track of your earnings. I don't know, I wish there was a way to message brands on the platform to discuss details and everything, I'd suggest them add that feature like other platforms did. We've been using Partnerize for over 5 years now, and it's been a great platform to help us manage, grow, and track our affiliate marketing performance. The tracking capabilities are robust and allow us to view all major KPIs including revenue, new users, new customer acquisition, and more. The platform itself isn't the most intuitive to use and doesn't have the best UI/UX. It takes some playing around to figure out how to grab certain data, see how affiliates are performing, etc. Overall, though, once you become familiar with the platform, it's easy to use. Partnerize makes it easy to manage all our affiliates and track their performance on one platform. Sign up was painless and even if certain companies/brands/products no longer align with me or if I no longer matter them, I'm still able to keep my Partnerize account without pressure to become an affiliate for new brands.
