The reporting you see within the tool is not what you'll get invoiced. You must download transaction-level reports and roll them up by process date to determine your commission invoices. Support - They're responsive when you opt for their elite service, but I've always felt like they miss the mark in terms of finding relevant affiliates, especially non-discount ones Conversion Tracking - My data engineering team and I have spent 6 months trying to figure out the best way to send reconciled files to Partnerize so that they can better estimate what conversions were attributed to affiliates. Suppose you don't police how your conversions are tracked. In that case, you might be overpaying due to: not canceling refunds, currency conversions, and paying out on codes that shouldn't be attributed to affiliates. **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use partnerize to manage our affiliate commissions and overall network. The main benefit of Partnerize products is that there's a central location to manage the entire program. ### 2. It is difficult to find basic sections, the terminology is not common, no useful support assistance available. Trying to be what they want to one particular audience and don't care about the rest. **Recommendations to others considering Partnerize:** speak to the merchant in advance and agree on how you will communicate because PZE provides no support **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are a necessary evil for me. The merchant advertisers I work with have chosen to use PZE as their affiliate software so if I to use those merchants I have no choice by to engage with PZE. ### 5.
