The support team are amazing and can help with any questions. The daily reporting is super easy with Partnerize. I like how they show top publishers and overall performance. Also the commission management is very easy with Partnerize. In addition, adding in flat fee payments for affiliates is very easy and you can split it over the month, which is not on all affiliate SaaS platforms. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** Partnerize makes managing an affiliate platform easy, however there are some down sides. One is that it is very hard to find publishers, as you can sometimes use their name or ID and they will not come up. The reporting you see within the tool is not what you'll get invoiced. You must download transaction-level reports and roll them up by process date to determine your commission invoices. Support - They're responsive when you opt for their elite service, but I've always felt like they miss the mark in terms of finding relevant affiliates, especially non-discount ones Conversion Tracking - My data engineering team and I have spent 6 months trying to figure out the best way to send reconciled files to Partnerize so that they can better estimate what conversions were attributed to affiliates. Suppose you don't police how your conversions are tracked. In that case, you might be overpaying due to: not canceling refunds, currency conversions, and paying out on codes that shouldn't be attributed to affiliates. **What problems is Partnerize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use partnerize to manage our affiliate commissions and overall network. There are quite a few beneficial reports that you can't find elsewhere and they really provide a nice set of options to choose from. **What do you dislike about Partnerize?** What appears as a dislike is more of a "less bad" scenario. There is no question that Partnerize software is among the best in the affiliate industry but it is definitely a necessary evil. They don't like to be called an "affiliate network" but rather a SaaS. To each, their own but they seem to make an extraordinary effort to avoid the "affiliate network" connotation. They serve the affiliate industry more than any other it would seem and it's an insult to many of those they serve in the affiliate industry if they are too good for such a title. Are they too good to use such a title? More importantly, then what they will or won't allow themselves to be called is that as a SaaS they escape the necessity to service publishers on the front end and instead push us off to contact the company for help. It's really annoying when we spend the time to send our issue to the company who built the system, who one would think would know how to fix an issue but instead, we have to send it elsewhere to someone who may not have any idea to fix which would require us to go back to Partnerize anyhow. This only wastes everyone's time. I raise this here because it has happened more times than I care to admit. **Recommendations to others considering Partnerize:** Manage your expectations.
