Parsevix turns PDFs, Word files, scans and photos into structured JSON. Choose a built-in category (invoices, receipts, bank statements, purchase orders, contracts and more) or define your own fields once; Parsevix reads every page, finds the fields and line items, and returns clean data your app or spreadsheet can use. It can also sort incoming documents into the right category automatically, or extract without any schema. Documents arrive however you work: upload them in the dashboard, forward them to a project's own email address, or send them through the REST API. Results go out via webhooks and Zapier to thousands of apps. Personal data such as names, addresses and IBANs is masked automatically before the AI extraction step, and documents in dozens of languages are supported. Free plan with 20 pages a month; paid plans from $39/month.
