ParrotNotes is an AI note-taker for the meetings no bot can join. Most meeting assistants, including Otter, Fireflies and Fathom, work by sending a bot into a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call. That covers the video call. It misses everything that happens in person: the client meeting in their office, the site visit, the workshop, the conversation in the corridor after the real meeting ended. For sales teams, consultants and field teams, that is often where the deal is actually decided. ParrotNotes records the conversation in the room on your phone or Mac and turns it into a structured, searchable note. Share a note by link, or export to TXT, Markdown, DOCX or PDF. You can also share an existing recording into the app to transcribe it. Pro recordings run up to 3 hours. Private by design: Audio can be set to auto-delete, and your data is never used to train AI models. Works with your AI assistant: A hosted MCP server connects ParrotNotes to Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask your assistant what a client agreed to last month without leaving the chat.
