Parny is an AI-assisted operations platform for developers, SRE, platform engineering, and IT operations teams. It combines incident investigation, infrastructure visibility, service dependency mapping, on-call management, and incident response. Parny AI brings related alerts together with available context to help teams assess likely causes, identify potentially affected services, and choose their next troubleshooting checks. Infrastructure Visibility and Service Map provide technical and service-level context, while MCP makes context accessible to AI agents. Engineers validate suggestions against current evidence before making production changes. Service Map currently refreshes daily, and autonomous remediation is not a generally released capability. Investigation coverage depends on the connected sources and available context.
