Parkinto detects which parking spaces and marina berths are free or occupied using the static IP or CCTV cameras you already have. Every 30 seconds the AI evaluates the camera image and reports each marked space as free or occupied — no sensors in the ground or in the water. Data goes to a web portal, a public web map for drivers, LED guidance signs and your systems via REST API and webhooks. One outdoor camera typically covers 25–35 spaces. Accuracy is 99.7% in everyday operation (Parkinto's own continuous measurement on live installations); an independent audit by the Czech Technical University in Prague measured an earlier version at 99.4%. Images are not archived, licence plates are not stored and all processing runs in the EU. Parkinto Detection (car parks) costs $69 per camera per month; the Statistics add-on is $89 per parking site per month (USD, excl. VAT). Parkinto does not process parking payments. Parkinto Marina adds online reservations, self check-in and billing for marina stays and is priced per marina after a demo. Made by Smartiple s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic (founded 2018), live at 22 sites in 8 countries.
