1. When on a waiting list, sometimes I only get accepted on the day of and charged immediately, despite by that time having not made plans to drive in based on prior non-confirmation.

2. When parking is accepted on the day of reservation, charge is immediate upon acceptance, it would be great to be able to cancel your park and be refunded if cancelled within say 5-10 mins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
