There is no downside to parkable. It works faultlessly and even opens to garage door from the app – this is particularly useful for visitors who do not have a swipe card – we can send them the details via parkable where to park and on a wet day they can park under the building, catch the lift up to the 1st floor without even getting wet. Parkable's easy to use app has a lot of great features. In particular, the problem resolution feature allows me to quickly remedy the situation that could otherwise be quite stressful.
