Parity remotely controls and optimizes HVAC systems to guarantee utility cost savings and reduce CO2 emissions with no upfront investment. Optimizer, our advanced HVAC software service, automatically controls and optimizes HVAC systems in real time through remote control adjustments. These adjustments change equipment performance parameters (such as set points and speed) to maximize energy efficiency and enhance HVAC operations, without compromising occupant comfort. Beyond energy savings, our service reduces staff workloads, maximizes demand response revenue, improves operational efficiency, and lowers exposure to fines from building performance standards. The full Optimizer service consists of our control optimization software, Parity Insights (Pi) dashboard, automated demand response curtailment, and support from our team of remote and onsite HVAC experts. As energy efficiency and GHG emissions regulations tighten, Parity offers a low or no upfront cost opportunity to reduce your building’s energy consumption and utility costs.
