This diversity allows me to integrate audio and video tools without needing to hire other solutions, saving time and effort. I have already used Pareto.AI to create personas for my business and set up the GLPI system for the company's calls. The assistance with the tool manuals has been essential in finding answers to everyday problems. The offer of varied tools was one of the factors that led me to choose Pareto.AI instead of other options, like Adapta.org, which does not meet the same requirements. I also appreciated the simplicity and effectiveness of Pareto.AI's solutions, which were recommended by a friend for the way the platform works. **What do you dislike about Pareto?** The consumption of credits is an aspect that bothers me. The amount of credits provided, about 36,000 for use over 365 days, means that I have less than 100 credits available daily. This forces me to constantly monitor usage and opt for language models with unlimited use, which makes the control quite manual. **What problems is Pareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pareto.AI helps organize my daily life, manage two companies and personal life, as well as create personas and configure systems like GLPI, all in one place with various tools. ### 2. The process ended up freezing and did not proceed. However, I did not file a complaint about this because I considered that the problem might be related to the prompt used. **Recommendations to others considering Pareto:** Excellent cost-benefit ratio. Includes training in Prompt Engineering. Constant updates including the most innovative AIs. Opportunity to work with the same prompt across various AIs until finding the best result. Very helpful support team. Very active community. **What problems is Pareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, I benefited from the Prompt Engineer training included in the access, then the weekly videos on the YouTube channel with several days and practical training. The value is very accessible to various AIs compared to the market. Several functions available: Chat, Image, video, code, etc. Constant updates, including access to new versions, without an increase in cost. Access to various Premium AIs at no cost and fair token usage and expenses. Fast and surprising support, for example, I had a question about a promotion aired in a video made by the COO and the COO himself responded (if it was AI, they deserve congratulations, because it seemed very human!) ### 3. They promised payment "Friday at the latest" on Tuesday, then provided corporate deflection when Friday arrived with no payment. Spent the week using payment urgency to pressure work completion ("hurry up so we can process payments") then cut contractor access before paying. When confronted with documented timeline violations, responded with generic corporate language and more delays. **What problems is Pareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** They market as solving ethical AI training needs, but their contractor treatment contradicts their public positioning. Another thing I wished is that they had a Spanish-speaking team based in the same region as us. **Recommendations to others considering Pareto:** Go for it. Start small. Then become addicted lol. You won't regret it. **What problems is Pareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pareto has helped us across several different tasks: from researching potential investors to getting their contact info, to actually contacting them. On the commercial front too: from doing market research to finding potential customers, and even cleaning and consolidating our CRM databases. If there are difficult, repetitive, laborious yet important tasks that you don't have enough bandwidth to do yourself, you should try leveraging Pareto.
