It also allows you to connect without extra cost on hotspots that are not free. **What do you dislike about Syntegra Wi-Fi SmartConnect?** It's a bit overzealous with some networks, when I'm in a hotel I just close the application because it interferes with web authentication. iPhone application does not work sometimes on flights but is still possible to login using the web authentication with iPass credentials **Recommendations to others considering Syntegra Wi-Fi SmartConnect:** A must-have travel companion when traveling for business. **What problems is Syntegra Wi-Fi SmartConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting to wifi hotspots whenever I need it. In long haul flights having internet access really does make the flight less miserable.
