"Parchment is a quick and easy way to send student transcripts to a variety of institutions."
5/5
What do you like best about Parchment?

As a school counselor, my time is minimal and best spent working directly with students. By allowing batch uploads of transcripts, Parchment significantly reduces the time I spend sending transcripts. I also love how easily I can send registration links to my students, making it simple for them to set up their accounts and begin sending their transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parchment?

I would like Parchment to clarify to students that they don't need to complete all of the information to send their transcripts. This could be a great tool for college searches. However, it often blocks students from completing their registration simply because they may not know their GPA or SAT scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Parchment?

Parchment has proven its value to several Universities, States, School Systems, and students. Whether sending a record or ordering a record, Parchment is top-notch. The system is easy to navigate, safe for users and user information, offers easy online payment options, and keeps those involved in the order aware of the order status at all times. What do you dislike about Parchment?

It would be most helpful if more Universities, States, and School Systems partnered with Parchment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Failed service, no accountability,"
0/5
What do you like best about Parchment?

There is little to enjoy about Parchment besides that it is perhaps the only service you can use to send transcripts officislly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parchment?

Parchment has no accountability. It consistently fails to submit transcripts to the proper institutions in a timely manner, if at all. There is no customer service line and their contact system responds unreasonably late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best document program ever"
5/5
What do you like best about Parchment?

Parchment helps you get the documents you obtained or worked on academically and brings them to you as quickly as possible. I could view my high school credentials before applying to university. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parchment?

I may not have liked the price, but that is very small compared to what you get. Of course, I was not making any money back then. I can't say there was anything I disliked about this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Informed, Energetic, Passionate Team"

What do you like best about Parchment?

Parchment's team which includes the Digitary team cares about learners and their teams. When a company gets these two things right, they soar. My compliments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parchment?

I don't use the Parchment technology stack and do use the Digitary technology stack which they own. Our schools have indicated a desire for one receiver access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
