I love Parchment. It is highly user-friendly and practically thinks for you. I was tasked with manually processing each transcript request for up to 500 graduates going to college, and now with Parchment, our district can do everything electronically in a fraction of the time. The staff at Parchment are extremely helpful to the communities they provide the service for and the users. It would be great if receiving institutions received alerts when they had a new transcript available for download in their Parchment account. I've spent a lot of time this fall calling universities to alert them they have a transcript available for download. They are surprised when I call with the DID number and typically respond they didn't know a document was sent.
