As a school counselor, my time is minimal and best spent working directly with students. By allowing batch uploads of transcripts, Parchment significantly reduces the time I spend sending transcripts. What do you dislike about Parchment? I would like Parchment to clarify to students that they don't need to complete all of the information to send their transcripts. This could be a great tool for college searches. However, it often blocks students from completing their registration simply because they may not know their GPA or SAT scores. Parchment has proven its value to several Universities, States, School Systems, and students. Whether sending a record or ordering a record, Parchment is top-notch. The system is easy to navigate, safe for users and user information, offers easy online payment options, and keeps those involved in the order aware of the order status at all times. Our current ordering process takes an average of 4-5 weeks from beginning to end since we require orders and payment to be mailed. The process can take longer if the form is not completed or an id is not included. Moving to an online ordering and payment system with Parchment, an order can be turned around in less than 24 hours.
