The fact my University used this vendor for transcripts was annoying. I had to make an entire account with them just to order my transcripts! **What do you dislike about Parchment?** Creating a separate parchment account- being redirected from the school Account. You should not need to create another account to access and pay for your information. **What problems is Parchment solving and how is that benefiting you?** None- besides they save money having their own staff not do it ### 7. If users will be given proper training. This tool will powerful and versatile for educational institutions. It can also save office space, i.e. paper stocks and filing cabinet.
