We had two issues, one relating to the Royal Mail API and one due to pattern recognition failing to correctly identify that some tracking references were for Royal Mail. Both issues resolved within 30 minutes by tech support. For us, tech support is key! My clients find it easy to use and we cannot fault the feature set. Installation and configuration was a breeze.
