Parasoft C/C++ test works great for static analysis and Unit testing.

Static Analysis: There are more than 1600 predefined rules that can be chosen as per your coding standards. Customizing or creating a rule is also possible in the tool but this could go lot complex and you may need Parasoft help to create some complex rules.

Unit Testing: This tool is very very useful for Unit testing. It creates all the framework for you and also some Unit Testing to certain level. It creates the stubs for you which is a cool feature. Running with huge amount of data is possible with this tool.
