I was impressed by their various uses as most of their employees used it. Features such as accounting, lease tracking, scheduling, directory management..etc were really impressive. I was shown the integration capabilities and how easy it was to implement various processes. Their customer service was very helpful and prompt with all the questions I had. **What do you dislike about Paragon?** I did feel they were slightly overpriced but based on my initial experience they get the job done and it is very straightforward and easy to use. **What problems is Paragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paragon eases various processes with it's integration capabilities. The wonderful UI/UX makes it super easy to navigate and understand the platform.
