Paradoxon Assistant was born inside a real repair shop in Fort Lauderdale: it is built by someone who repairs daily and uses it to charge for his own repairs. It carries orders end to end — front-desk PWA intake, equipment photos, printed tickets with QR codes, clear statuses and automatic customer notifications by SMS or email. The touch-optimized interface, with large buttons, is made for the real counter. It is truly bilingual (Spanish and English across the app and the customer page), runs locally on Windows and keeps working without internet: your customers and orders live in a local database on your own computer, not in anyone's cloud. A second station is supported with the Technician Client. The trial lasts 14 days of actual use, no card required; there are annual and lifetime licenses, and when an annual license expires the program keeps working — you only stop receiving new versions.
