I like that there are multiple integrations so we can use it with both Google hangouts and WebEx. I believe it will integrate with other software as well, but I have not tested it. It takes forever to learn this platform!! I spent a full day messing with it before I got the hang of things. Also, when users are trying to navigate the site it can be laggy, which looks unprofessional and makes them have less faith in our learning material. Lastly, something is up with reports.
